The courtesy bus to the beach was very useful. i also liked the entertainment each night. It was good.
the lunch was quite basic with not much choice. dinner was also very basic, and the food selection was limited.

I had such good time! I found rooms overlooking the mountains really nice. The staff were friendly plus helpful. They worked hard for us and ensured we had a good stay. The food had flavor with good quality plus variety. I found bar and restaurant to be perfect and the shuttle bus to Bali useful.
The hotel location was abit far from Bali for walking. The transport was helpful for getting around. Entertainment during the day would prevent boredom. I believe that more activities will.

The hotel features several swimming pools for family and adults plus a pool bar. I noticed a tennis court for guest plus spa services. There were also daily entertainment events, including dance.

The location is in mountains. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to Bali beach. It makes it simple to reach the beach and various excursions. I found the location very quiet and scenic.

My room was clean and spacious and there were comfortable beds. I had a large balcony with good views. I liked having a fridge plus kettle in my room and fresh towels were supplied daily. toiletries.

I found the staff consistently helpful. the food choices were varied. the pools were clean and well kept. i enjoyed the convenience of the shuttle service to the beach and nearby town. It made getting around easy.
